first one the landlord was an indecisive arsehole, the next one turned out to be a one-month lease and the next two we're trying to get viewings for are being re-decroated at the moment so we can't see them!

i've just discovered that Samurai Champloo anime, same folks as Cowboy Bebop i hear, so it's all promising. haven't seen any of Avatar, though.
