Been think alot about death lately. It would be so much easier to just off myself. I wouldn't have to make any decisions then! Are there any quick and painless ways to do it? Suggestions anyone? hah. I wish I could do anything I wanted to do with no consequences. I wish this world would just fuck off!

Yeah I hear ya! I was in that position not 6 weeks ago. Kind of felt like "Well if I just walked out into traffic technically they're offing me." But you'll get through it, sounds so cliched but it's true.

My best advice is to just choose an option and live with it, then make the best of the situation and later if you have the option change situation. Remember ultimately you are the master of your own destiny.

I second, well, everyone who's posted before me!!

Especially Lelaina's suggestion - but make sure you don't write down everything that's bad UNLESS you have a pretty good idea how to fix it, and then put a second column on the list with how to fix it. And fixing isn't allowed to be "end all life" or something like that... tongue

Clear thought helps, as does incense, I always find. Plus, crying is really really therapeutic. If you can just have a crying session, you will often find you feel better and clearer afterwards and things don't seem as bad.

Hope you feel better soon!!! And if this has been going on for a while, seriously, check out some psychologists because counselling can and does help you change your thinking, which in turn changes your emotional reaction and makes you feel less awful.
