Today I leave Phoenix and head back to Las Vegas for about 18 hours, and then I head to Salt Lake City.
I have budgeted $100 to lose in Vegas. If I get out with more than that I will be excited. If I lose it, I can deal. Wish I could "go big or go home" so to speak, but given the work situation I have to be a low roller, not a high one.
Got to eat at In-N-Out Burger for the first time yesterday. It lived up to the hype and then some. There is no fast food burger on the east coast that can even come close to it.

I agree! In-N-Out burger is the best, and it's a shame it's not on the east coast. That's one thing I forgot to eat while I visited AZ in may
