so... this is farewell.

my good buddy booshanky was recently banned because he was drunk and forgot to log out. then, someone else used his account while he was passed out, and therefore, he was banned for account sharing. no warning, no nothing. a little fucking stupid, if you ask me.

and if you want to throw in that "read the faq" bullshit, fuck off. i know the faq. i've studied the faq. and the faq can suck me dry. it's all politics.

how fucking lame the politics of this site have become...

i've given a lot of time and promotional energy to this site. not to mention my monthly fee. i am there at the get-togethers... we've all seen how many times the "members got together for disneyland and dinners" line has been mentioned in articles, so it obviously holds some importance to the promotion of the site.

fuck it. i am cancelling my account right now.

apparently, i'm paid up on my account thru june 1st ... but i'm sure i'll be removed from the site much earlier just for speaking my mind in my journal. im not going to make a big deal about this on the boards or whatever -- why disturb other peoples' site experience? i'm not doing this to take money out of anyone's pocket... i am just standing up for my friend.
