I had a nice noneventful nonworking holiday weekend. Hope everyone else did too. I spent alot of time this weekend in bed (mmm...bed) watching alot of tv, specifically the country music video channel. Country music has totally grown on me.

So I pierced my left nip about three weeks ago and it seems to be healing ok...not too much drainage, not alot of pain unless I bump it against something, jewelry moves without too much difficulty while I clean...except the bottom part doesn't seem to be healing as nicely as the top part. The top of the piercing looks like it's healing with a nice scar and not a huge ugly hypertrophic one which I was all worried about, but the bottom part still looks like an open wound. Could it be because the jewerly is up against the skin in that area thus delaying healing? Hmm...help please. Also the jewelry is a ring. I don't know if that makes a difference.

I really want to have sex with a girl (Somebody like...Cairo What's that? Total pipe dream? Oh ok ) I'm really horny for girl lately. It's been so long. Most of that being my fault, what with the odd working hours, being a total shut-in, not knowing how to hit on girls, and generally being all spazzy etc. Oh well.

I love my camera. It's awesome. It's just a point and shoot. I know, I know, but it's still awesome. Especially for someone like me who doesn't know anything about photography, apertures, shutter speeds, etc. It's a good starter camera, I figure. Enough manual features for me to play with, but not too much that it's totally useless to me.

Fireworks are pretty and the Fourth is an awesome holiday. Fireworks, barbeque (even if I don't eat pork, which is about 80% of bbq food), and more fireworks = all goodness. Ranks right up there with Halloween and Christmas.

Ohmygoodness, the plans for my and shokwave's move are really starting to come together. It's odd. We planned but I guess I just didn't expect anything to really happen and especially not as well as they have been. I'm all scared and nervous and etc but I know it'll be awesome. So much packing and purging, ugh. And I have to buy winter clothes. I've never even experienced a real winter. And I'm all kinds of excited to see snow. Snow!

Yay to Canada and Spain for allowing gays to marry! Boo to US for not! Just one more reason why Canada is more awesome than US! Don't get me wrong, I love this country, but we're a little slow to the whole equal rights thing.
