Heres my trip to Austin:
Left on Friday around 8:00pm after getting my tatoo.
By the time we got to the hotel we were really tired, so we stayed in and played, instead of going to the gourds show.
Sat. we woke up for the continental breakfast, and totally pigged out up in our hotel room. Then we went antique/junk shopping on Guadalupe. I knocked over this old black guitar. Bf said he saw a piece fly off of it, but I think it was just fine. Fuckers had it in a bad spot anyways. He bought a pearl beer ashtray, and I bought an old bottle and some chalk.
Then we spent a really long time looking for the brick oven bec he just had to eat there. We had spinach artichoke dip, pizza, and beer. (the drinking started when we left the hotel room at noon)
We got to beerland around six, and then left when they shut the bar down. As we were looking for another bar, I saw smokepuppet working the door of some bar called, El something or another, so we had some shots/drinks there. It was a pretty cool place.
Went back to Beerland, and got in for free, for the Lost Sounds show. Bf got really pissfaced, and did some very drunken things. I.E. pulled out his member several times, and poured beer on one of the drunken singer's face. Then I had to leave before the last band (Reign in Sound) bec. he just had to go eat to pull himself out his drunken stupor! Which would of ticked me off had it been a band I really wanted to see, but I didnt so he got lucky.
We left on Sunday and had lots of sex to bring the weekend to an end.
