ok people i've just got back from the hospital and it wasn't the fall that is causing me lots of pain it is the fact that i ahve a very small kidnay stone passing through YIPPEE!!!!!!
they also said not to worry unless it really starts hurting and i pass out because if that happens it means there is a larger one following the little one not a good thing if i say so myself other than that i am fine and should be back at work tomorrow
