I just want to announce to everyone in the world how absolutely fantastic my dad is!! He is, seriously, the greatest dad in the whole wide world!!!! He drove an hour to get to my house, today. And, first, he gushed over how great my guest bathroom remodel was. I did it all by myself! From flooring to light fixtures, it was all done by me. That's right!! I'm handy!! Also, I had done some ceiling repairs in my master bathroom, due to a water leak. I wasn't very pleased with the outcome, but my dad said it looked perfect!! I love him!! He talked about my ceiling work all day. Next up for the day, we were gonna tackle some outdoor issues I've been having. More specifically, some swimming pool problems. I've been struggling to get any suction when I vacuum my pool. It just started this summer. So, we started digging. We dug up pipes in search of a leak, to no avail. We changed out some of the pipes, just in case, anyway. We changed out gaskets and valves. Nothing. My dad thought we should dig out the side of the hill to check for leaks on the other end. I thought it would be best if we wait to dig up half my yard. My daddy-o agreed, and decided to mow my lawn before he left. He is the best!!! So, yea, while I love my dad, I'm super duper frustrated with my pool situation. To continue with how awesome my dad is, he's gonna call the fella that installed my pool and ask him what the problem might be. Then, he's gonna drive back to my house, tomorrow, and work on my pool again while I'm at work. See? He's the best!!
