just back from an evening walk up the hill... where there is a new curry house ... and then a walk back... not sure quite where thet fits in with exercise? Food was nice though! And as it's new and the first proper sit down restaurant to open within walking distance it was quite exciting as well!!
It's actually been a nice day here.. and i didn't even get wet on the bike ride home yesterday! All must be well!! I wish i could describe how much fun the playing on the bike is but i'm not sure i can explain it??

My brother and both parents all passed in this millenium. I was not there near or at the end for any of them. It truly was beyond my control, but I am still working through the guilt and shame. I so wish that I had been able to do and to be more like you.
Reading and thinking about everything you shared and related has already begun to help heal some raw and very deep wounds.
