No napping today! I have a sleep study/ test tonight. To see if im getting the best quality sleep possible. My neurologists think that if im not sleeping great a sleep apnea machine will help me and possibly control or eradicate my seizures. Im still having daily seizures. Whether its gran mal or non epileptic it is taking a toll. But im powering through and I WILL BEAT THIS!!!!!!!!
