I discoverd something...and you guys all tell me iam wrong..The other day I had to help move a treadmill...

basically it means i was doing about 90% of the lifting....and lifting a treadmill that is mostly steel is a real

motherfucker! It actually pissed me off that even though i was doing 90% of the lifting it should not have been

that fucking heavy. I was going oh good lord this is heavy! I felt as though I was carring a buick! The min after

I decided I will go against my previous held thoughts with regards to weight lifting...I use to think doing 3 x 12

reps per body part was pretty good. I even think dong 3 x 12 is harder than doing 3 x 6 reps. Just for the

simple fact that your putting in more time. So yesterday and today I said fuck it iam doing 3 x 6 or even 3 x 5

full body for everything. Honestly I loved it! it was better then fantastic! I was struggling doing stupid heavy

cable flys and chest presses but really I loved it! I was listening to my heavy metal chewing my big red thinking

GIVE ME SOME MORE! GIVE ME SOME MORE! ...so in iam taking one day off ...and then ill be back for MORE...
