Today I went to what I expected to be and was correct a packed gym. I dont know if this count as an art form

or not but I have a pretty good knack for not paying attention to anyone i dont want to. Comes in handy however

an Ipod or mp3 player is required for such a feet. I went to the gym and of course I headed to the make shift pull

up Bar and instantly whiped out 3 and I was glad about it. (I can do more on a gravitron like a dozen or so but

I have since quite using the gravitron feeling that it offers a slight momentum cheat) i was only distracted twice

as I made my way to the pull up bar for round two some unknown guy locked his gaze on me but I quickly

dismissed it. The other distraction after I did my push ups some woman next to me..she was nice looking was

slinking about slowly and I also quickly moved past her. I watched Ghost Rider and Eve is hot hot hot!

I did 3 min off one min on sprint running. Then Lastly I hit the pull ups for a last quick 2 and I was satisfied with it.
