a new small accomplishment.

Last week I was not able to do more then 6 pull-ups. Today I went to the gym and like magic I did 4 with ease

i was shocked! Being so shocked I decided to take a break and do push ups....I came back and 3 more and a

Few min later I came back and I did 3 more. I said that is it! 10 is a new record for me.

I still hope to be able to do the full 100 as part of the 300 work out.
