Yesterday I played "real" poker and came up -$30.00. I thought it was not bad considering i had previously been down -$55.00.
I was hoping to win a large pot and then make a short drive to the strip club. I think not much better then having a Naked woman in front of you.
Since I did not win the big money i decided to be productive an attempt to do the "300" work out from the movies.
I figure If that dude in the movie can do it...sure why not.
I Headed to the gym and as I exited my car and started walking to the gym door I noticed a rather large crowd in the parking lot. They appeared to be cheering and drinking. I decided I was going to ignore them as I had a workout to attend to. One of the women from the crowd approched me and was like HI!
I looked at her suspiciously for a few moments and she repeated herself HI...I said hi she said how are you? i said Iam great thanks. She said well listen here are some "passes" to a new club not to far away. I said "passes?" for what club? Where? She Goes I work there , Do you know how to get there?
I said no I dont know anything about that area as I have no reason to go over there. she Oh well use "mapquest" and here take an extra pass..The club is a Gentleman's club. (It was at that point that I decided to check her out to see what she was wearing)
Good lord I didn't even notice She was wearing this tight white see through spandex shirt with no bra underneath it and her nipples were hard and brown. I personally at that point wanted to do a 300 workout with her naked right in the parking lot. But no...She said Bye sweetie....
I went into the gym and asked the dude if he had any boxes as I needed them for my new workout. he indicated that they could maybe come up with something but that no they had nothing. He also warned that doing box jumpes would be hard on the knees.
I started at step one of the workout which I knew I would fail pretty badly at 25 pullups...No I did like 6 total and decided I will have to work at that. Next the deadlift called for 50 at 135 I did like 35 then it called for 50 push ups... I was able to accomplish the 50 pushups however I had to take a 30 second break
Then it called for the floor wipers ...No I was not sure how to excute that so I did 40 heavy weight crunches...
Then it called for push and cleans 50 I did like 20
then I headed home.
Tomorrow I will try again.
