Yesterday I went to work came home and slept the entire day. I woke up early around 3am had a bowl of shreaded wheat Proceeded to watch sheild season 3 disc 2 episode 4 and also Shield season 3 disc 3 episode 1 then I went back to bed. I Woke up at 9:20a.m and jumped in the shower grabbed my Karate Gear bag and hopped in the car and out to the Karate class. I decided to make a renewed interest in forcing myself to go. I made it to class and we started out with 100 jumping jacks,20 push ups, something called cobra, double crunches and also one more odd crunch. Then we did combos Jab,step and cross, Left hook, bob and weve finished up with classic hook cross hook then we changed it up a bit and did double jab, slight angle step cross, left hook rear leg snap kick, rear leg snap kick, Uppercut and left shovel hook. Someone in the class greeted me with an elbow slap Hey at the begining of class and again at the end of class. I think this is common bc I do it sometimes even to people at work. Hey buddy ..slap to shoulder or hey buddy slap to elbow or people have done hey buddy slap to the shoulder. now off to the gym.
