Last night I worked out legs and Of course legs are the worst workout ever right...But iam taking this super expensive supplement and its actually working....in about two months of doing leg work out i can curl an insane 160lbs with my legs for two sets of 9..then i followed that up with 2 sets of 9 reps with 322lbs for leg press and get this my legs are almost not sore at all...that is insanity if you ask me..Then Today I woke up and went to Karate class...its a cool class I got my 3 striped white belt almost a yellow belt...We did step and jab side step and jab, elbow tag....front snap kicks, rear snap kicks, then we practice a few take downs with a japanese arm bar....good way to work up a sweat i tell you....not sure what iam going to do with the rest of today maybe run for 45 min...well iam gone for now...
