So super quick blog here. Stuff has been going alright. I still can't find a construction contract at the moment and my savings were getting thin.. Combined with the fact that my EI was just about used up. So I am back in a kitchen for now. It kinda sucks.. Just to be cooking and making that wage, but my time is occupied and I am making money while working with one of my best friends. I am still a pretty damn good cook and I am having fun with making good food. I actually like all the prep more than actual lunch service. We have a crazy lunch service.. Basically 100 meals at once.. We do almost every single thing on our menu completely home made though.. So I get to make stuff like Falafel and shit like that.. and I really have always liked being able to make all these different things just from memory.
The real point of this blog is to mention that I am flying to Vancouver this afternoon to see Good Riddance, Off With Their Heads and Fire Next Time at the Rickshaw tonight. So I hope to see you in the pit, for fucking real. ;)
