So some of you may have noticed from a few of my picture posts on here or IG etc., that I have started a new band. I am quite excited as I haven't found people I wanted to be in a band with for 7 years since the last band. Getting closer to 8 years as well. I got into punk music and started promoting shows at 13. 15 years later that is still a huge part of my life, even though I have many other hobbies and passions as well as I've grown. I haven't been in a band of my own for years, but I never stopped partaking in local music. I can be found doing gang or backing vocals on a number of local discs. My name is thrown in the "thank-you's" for many PG and even BC/Alberta bands. I went to high school with Dusty from Kill Matilda and was one of the first to sit down and teach her some Danzig on guitar. Now she's a lean mean punk singer screaming guitar playing machine. (BTW check out Kill Matilda, they are fucking fun!!!)
I couldn't be more pleased to announce that the first demo copy of our first demo is ready. This will be given away at our FIRST show April 10th. Only 20 copies and it's completely free.. The only stipulation is you have to share the songs or give the disc to another friend who will do the same. DIY. Punk. Free music. Share with your friends. In my opinion there is nothing more punk rock than that.
