Papas rellenas-- they're these stuffed potatoes, usually filled with ground beef or pork, I think. I make mine with tofu crumbles. [YUM!] I feel like the man, because I made some yesterday, and they were awesome. They are still awesome, as I am eating one right this second. Yesterday was my cook-lots-of-Cuban-food day, just because. Everything's better when it's drenched in hot sauce!

I just wanted to edit to tell you guys that I got duped! The boy called at the time he usually would call if he'd just gotten home from work, and then there was a knock on my door, and I thought, "Damn, who's interrupting my freakin' phone call?!" Guess the fuck who, man!! NEAT! We've just walked around and around and talked and talked. Yay! So, in conclusion, the Fenwicks are now on repeat in my cd player.

Oh yeah, and I wanted to add that I randomly felt like getting all gussied up earlier, so I'm fancy. I'm wearing a dress!
