Here's something pleasant:

Yesterday was a perfect day for a picnic, so the boyfriend and I went to Boone Park. When I was in high school, he and I used to skip school and go to Boone Park, just to chew bazooka joe bubble gum, and people-watch, and talk about things. Yesterday we sat at a picnic table and had some delightfully yummy veggie subs and sweet tea, and we reminisced for a bit, like the saps we are. There was hand-holding, yes, and swinging on swings, and a long walk.

Oh, and before all that, we had lots and lots of sex.

It was a lovely day.
