Time for an update into the life of a rather bland person known as me. I am home for the week. I got suspended from work for fighting with an employee. Rather funny actually. This guy who works for me is one who complains hour after hour about how hard his job is, how he does more than anyone else, how he is oh so mistreated, surely you know the type. Anyway, he was having an extra large feel sorry for himself day the other day. Being that I am the Team Leader over the group that includes this guy, he comes to me crying about everything all the time. We have been into it before and I was in no mood for it at this time. I was dealing with far more realistic issues at the moment, and was not feeling well on top of it. He wants to complain, I tell him to drop it, we arguee, I try to walk away from him a few times, but he keeps on and I always find it hard to walk away from an argument. The last time I try to walk away because at this point we are just yelling at eachother, he comes up behind me and puts his hands on my shoulders. Being it was a very heated argument, I had no idea what his intentions were when grabbing me from behind, so I turn and throw him back a few feet. After that he comes at me and I shove him away a few more times and just before it gets really bad, everyone in the area breaks it up. Anyway, so now I get the week off work, so I can't say I am unhappy about the situation.

So to bring you back and catch you up, Lyric had picture day at school the other day. She was very excited.



Shannon and me went away this last weekend for my Birthday. Well, only about an hour and a half away, but away none the less. A nice little Bed & Breakfast.



If the poor, nice folks who owned the place only knew the things we did to one another in this room.



It was a nice, quiet time. Hot tub was killer. We had a bunch of our "toys" and sex games with us. Not that you need to know that much, but the funny thing was that after the first night, we went out all day, shopping and such. Well, being a B & B, we didn't think it was like a hotel where they come in and clean the room during your stay. They did here. We had a mess, games, and a bin of toys lying on the floor next to the bed. They nicely tucked everything into the bin and pushed it against the wall and bed for us. I thought it was rather funny. Anyway....

While we were out shopping, eating, and draining every Starbucks we could find of their espresso, we came across a store with the fattest cat ever! The picture does it no justice at all.



There was also this castle near where we stayed. You couldn't get too close to it, but it was pretty cool looking.





All in all, it has been a fun time and now I am home the rest of the week and get to relax further, maybe work on some of that new music mentioned in my last post, and work on the house so I can sell it. Anyone want to buy house in Kentucky?!

Well, no work means, I get to take Lyric to school, so I should wake her up....again....





She fell asleep on the floor behind me.
