as usual, one of my classes was cancelled this semester due to lack of enrollment. i'm actually kinda excited for school but that will change in a week.
went to look at a new guitar amp today and i was just about ready to buy it when it totally crapped out like a wet firecraker. you could smell the tubes melting, it was pretty funny.

had a potluck this weekend. it was ok but the people came in shifts instead of in a timely fashion (8:30pm). oh well.
i was invited to an eighties party and i was thinking of going. then i remembered that i hate almost everything about the eighties. i stayed home.

i read part of Stoned today, written by andrew loog oldham, the guy who basically made the stones what they are. that book never ceases to put me in a good (productive) mood. it blows me away to think that young people had that much of an effect on pop culture. in oldham's case: working for mary quant as her assistant at her clothing store...
