Wow, it has been forever and a day since I've updated, woops.
It's a shame there really isn't that much more to report. Been doing a bit more poetry, though, which is pretty cool. I think I may be getting a bit better at it, but I'm still not confident enough in it to post any of it. It's kind of cool, beginning to see a certain style in how I write, there's a lot of alliteration and repetition of phrases.
Okay fuck it. I wrote this while waiting for some food at a diner, and it was take out, so I couldn't write anymore when I started walking back. It sounds interesting if you read it fast.
Quick! Quick!
Time is wasting
The food is coming
And I am sitting
Wondering! Wondering!
Time enough?
a quick spot
a little bit
a smidgeon of...

Turns out there wasn't, as the food came to my table at that moment. The second half of that doesn't really feel to flow right to me, it's bugging me now. Criticism more than welcome.
Oh, and I'm pretty damn sick right now. I'm nigh 100% confident that I'm allergic to alcohol at this point, as a hangover for me is the flu for someone else, it sucks.

The best thing about poetry is that it's inspired, it's immediate, it's life. Take it for what it is, don't dwell on it. It's what it's supposed to be at that moment in time. Don't worry about the flow...it's how it's supposed to be.
