I made it back from Atlanta without any major catastrophes. It was a good weekend and the three of us all enjoyed having a nice weekend out of the Haute. There was a lot of peer bonding: i.e. good times for all.
We drove down to Atlanta on Friday evening, arriving there in the early morning (2am) on Saturday. After a short rest, we drove to Carrollton, GA to pickup my friend's car which he purchased on eBaymotors. After that we spent the day doing touristy things like the Coca-cola museum, touring CNN and walking around The Underground. My associates tried going to a dance club in the evening, but they were turned away because one of them had tennis shoes on. :-(
It was a really good road trip and aside from a few driving annoyances around the Georgia Tech campus, we all had a good time.
