So today is August 15th ... the day I have been looking forward to for a long time. Here's what happenes today.
a) Finish all my classes for the summer including taking a final.
b) Start of my official summer vacation for three weeks.
c) My Ellen turns home to Terre Haute and we can finally be together.
d) I am travelling to see my family tomorrow for much needed rejuvenation.
e) Last day on SG for a couple weeks. Sad part (go off SG as of 12:01am on Friday 16)
So sqook and I went to a punk rock show in Bloomington tonight to see the band Girlush Figure play. First, my car has problems on the Interstate and I end up fixing it at a truck stop. Second, we get to the show two hours early so we had to walk around Bloomington for two hours wasting time. On the plus side, we got to see two good bands in Girlush Figure and Applecore. Sqook and I got ice cream and were stalked by a drunken homeless man.
What a Thursday, only to be topped by Friday, one of the most promising days in a long time. *Smooches. -Dave
