Cat Update:

I'm currently in the process of adopting a cat from a local animal shelter. I have my supplies and I went and visited the cats at the animal shelter on Saturday. The two cats I've narrowed it down to are Pumpkin a 1 year old female or Morris a 2 year old male. I'll be done with the adoption process by next weekend and hope to pick one of them up on next Sunday. They are both sweet animals; Morris let me hold him without any squirming and even let me rub his belly.
Education Update:

Later this summer I plan on taking a management & human relations course called the Dale Carnegie course. It's a twelve week program that meets once a week for three and a half hours. It's in Christiansburg 10min away so I shouldn't have a problem making it there. The program will be good for me and help in furthering my education and professional development. I have also been contimplating attending Virginia Tech to get a Masters in EE with a focus on communications systems. If I did, I would want to continue working while going to school. This is going to take me a few years to complete but I think it will be a good experience for me.
Personal Life Update:

Meh. Not a whole lot to report here. I'm spending next weekend with my aunt & uncle's family in North Carolina. The week after that I'm going to King's Dominion I feel differently about my personal life now and I'm more socialable now than I have been over the past year. Emotionally I've been feeling better and that has helped many of these aspects of my life.
