Quick update: Trying out my new sneakers tonight during my first "training" for Warrior Dash. I'm really just going to play some basketball and do a little weight training, but it is more than I have done in awhile so I'm sure it's going to kick my ass! It's a good start though, and I am looking forward to getting back in shape!
