Thank you all for your kind words of support. I really appreciated the support of my friends while dealing with the loss of my grandmother. Thankfully, we had the funeral this past Sunday, and it was very healing, as well.








I am embarking on a bit of a new journey these days. I am trying to be kinder to myself, and in some ways be more selfish with my time and energy so that I can get to a more balanced and healthy place. When you need to center yourself, or to "reset the clock", what do you do?
