Okay. Enough negative stuff. Now for a blog of random happy stuff about me. (In case you're wondering, my favorite journals that others post are often random collections of tidbits about themselves):

- I have a theory about the evolution of a joke: It's funny at first, then if you keep telling it, it stops being funny. But if you tell it even more, it eventually becomes funnier than it's ever been. My favorite joke in the whole world is like that, but it doesn't translate on the internet. Ask me when you see me & I will totally make a fool of myself with it.

- I love Christmas. I'm very fortunate because unlike a lot of other families, my family thinks that holidays & vacations are off-limits for arguing.

- I'm a total sucker for kids & animals.

- I love nicknames. Rather than telling you ones people have given me, here are a few I've given to others: Chicken, Kitten, Frankie (for a girl), Boo-Boo, Sunshine, Tiger, Outlaw, Cowboy, Chihuahua, Peaches (for a guy), Bud, Neener, Tammy, Meems (short for Mimi, another nickname I gave her), T-money, and Shnoogie.

- I feel prettiest in the shower. It's not just the naked part (though that's fun), but more that I'm attracted to the whole "fresh & clean" thing. Plus, when there are two of you, I like the way water pools between bodies.

- I love cooking, and making a meal for a person is one of the ways I show my love.

- I know a bunch of random-ass stuff. My old boss used to ask me stuff before he'd Google it just because I often knew the answers. He checked Google anyway to test my accuracy, but I was the first source of info.
