Which is worst to be told the truth up front or finding out at a later date. I say the former but that's just me give to me straight up so I can deal with then rather than later when it's more complicated. I only have one stipulation when it comes to relationships "Be honest and communicate" but maybe that's just too much of a responsibility for someone to take on. Communication leads to Trust and Trust leads to Loyalty...break that chain and there is no going back.
