What do I have for you today?
Not a lot to report aside from the violent scene at work the other day. You see, I work with a very generous, polite, and all around nice kid from Rotterdam (He's not really a kid, just younger than I). He's very tall and I sure as heck would not want to piss him off. We'll call him the Dutchie.
Recently, a "junkie," familiar to our area, came into the shop and stole the Dutchie's phone; we have him in the act on CCTV. Well the other day, the "junkie" decided to come back into the shop and try to sell another phone to the Dutchie.
To make a long story short, while the Dutchie was trying to restrain the "junkie" another four "junkie/alcoholic" douchebags got involved. The Dutchie held his own, but the "junkie" still got away.
Here it is important to mention that everyone on this particular block knows the Dutchie and likes the Dutchie very much. The Garda was called during all of this, and there is CCTV everywhere.
It was a superfluous moment of Ironic stupidity.
The lesson is simple.

Well i sort of meant present tense, plus we just had a "long weekend", what with Monday being a holiday smarty. I'll be in touch.
