right, so, i just found out recently that these "exercizes" i have been doing are to literally give me "booty" and yes, i have been doing them a lot lately (thinking, mind you that i was toning my bottom, on account of my recent weight gain in that area), well long story short; more of a synopsis, really, i could not fathum why i have not lost any size until i looked at the information about this particular "exercize" in question... it's apparently done wonders for Miss Jennifer Lopez. i did not even know there were "exercizes" out there to make ones bottom bigger.

Damn It so now i will be leaving donuts alone entirely, rather, as much as possible...i mean let's not be unrealistic here, i really like donuts.

AND i hurt too much to say no to the donut, i did some badness to neck practicing handstands for a certain person, so i deserve a little sweetness until i am fully recovered, right?

oh yes, I think it's ok for me to merchant out some prints so if you want some just let me know which ones or whatnot. it seems like fun and it'll make me feel real famous like and if you buy one you'll be contributing to my lavash lifestyle, of purchasing more books than i could read in a lifetime or copious amounts of toothpaste, you can never really overstock on toothpaste.
