What i thought was Dinh Ba's spring/summer collection was actually fall/winter; i was confused because he gave us a shit load of fabric from his spring line. Aside from that it was a good collection either way. full of A-symmetrical lines mixed with classic jakie o neck lines; bold colours and patterns...very lovely.
we met this wonderful young lady who does accessories for Dinh, she was very nice. i was recognized by some girls as a suicide girl and some media photographer orgasmed over my boots.
as usual there was media, buyers, and such. a whole lot of teenage rich kids as well...they love that shit.
after the show i felt a tad ill, then again on thursday. friday (the night of Autumn Defense show) i was in oodles of pain from getting violently ill out of both ends for at least five hours straight. our neighbours, who fight a lot, were in the middle of argueing over nose-picking then actually stopped dead at 2:30am when i started whailing in agony all over the floor. call me a narcissus but i deserved the attention and was hoping they would call 911.
we called the emergency line and they said if i became incoherent to call and ambulance. i laid on floor consistantly reassuring my love that i was able to understand all.
i was in shock that i could have had so much waste come out of me in that span of time. i am now 5lbs less and my tummy hurts like i was sparring for days on end.
on a prettier note Kali's set went up and it is gorgeous, she is beautiful. make sure you see it.
