I am currently screwed. Why, you may ask? because one of my roommates is up and moving away. Now, we have a replacement, which is awesome, as he is a great guy and will fit in, which is more than I can say for my roommate currently.
Now...our current roommate (whom I can't even really call that, she doesn't even really live with us, just keeps her stuff in our living room.)
Only now, she has only given us 80$ towards March's rent. yes, March. The landlord has been informed, and with this past week's paycheck, I thought things would be alright, as she promised that I would be getting at least one hundred dollars. Well, I go to collect from my roommate who was trying to collect from our other roommate, come to find out, she doesn't have that hundred dollars. nor does she seem to care much, as she is moving. oh, and she is helping the guys she is moving in with get out of their current apartment by borrowing a grand from her parents, but when it comes to her current rent, nadda. What the bloddy hell did I get myself into when I said "yeah, kev, she would make a great roommate"

We are still behind by about 325$ (perhaps more, I will find out in the morning) on March's and that doesn't even begin to discuss April's rent...not to mention that I may have to move out and find a new place, which will require two months rent for that place, on top of rent currently. Yeah.
I wore out my college fund, and something I am sincerly sorry for...I want to have never moved down here, just so I don't have to live with the fact that I did that to the money my parents worked hard for. I went home recently and I saw my sisters Bonds sitting near the computer (all in one piece and remaining), and I about lost my shit in anguish, because I am so pissed at myself that I did that. buying a computer? good usage. buying my way into a black hole, not so good.
Kevin, the "good" roommate has gone to his parents, and not surprisngly, they don't give a crap. They don't want to help, which is nice seeing how much of my family's hide has been on the line for this place, and I am sick of going to my parents for money. I already owe them 400$ (due to a stolen paycheck) and I don't have the money to pay them back (as the aformentioned check was somehow cashed by the wonderful pickpocket who stole it. I hope it got him all the booze and hookers he needed.)
I just want to curl up and sleep until something drastic happens, and life goes back to normal, but for the moment, here I am, sitting at my computer, amazed at how fucked I truly am.
I can't call anybody for help. I don't want to, and I just...for the first time since childhood...want my mom and dad...just to be home with them, and to never look back. I had so much back home, and now I do the same thing I did there, only I pay 1400 to do it. Isn't that swell.
Yeah. Life just reamed me up the ass, and now its heading for a reacharound. Second Base, apparently.
