So this heres a little history lesson on my time here... and also probably picture intensive, just a fyi
Just a little over a year ago...I joined SG after meeting this lovely person from model mayhem that you people know as Saint.
we shot pictures and this was one of them!
A month later, I shot my first set with her for SG, it went up in June to member review, and it then went live on August 13th.
That same week Doxie came into town, and I shot my 2nd set.
a month later, shot my third with Gypsy
then met Mika and did a shoot for metal ink which I don't think ever got submitted but I love the shots anyway, we always planned on shooting a set but factors never quite lined up right and for the theme we wanted we need an old muscle car, which was available, then not available and there might be one available now but who knows.
then shot my 4th set with my friend and hopeful Indy_
Met Dice, for my "halloween in december" project,
January rolled around and I shot my 5th set with Smurf
followed by my set with Dice
Met and shot with Chunni for zivity
a few weeks ago shot a new set with Indy_, that is being reviewed for sometime in the nearish future.. unless for some reason it gets rejected even for MR..
Now we're all caught up.
Joining SG has certainly been beneficial for my motivation in shooting, and allowing my work to reach a new audience that had never seen my stuff before. Also it was a new avenue of shooting for me as well, since I had NEVER done a nude shoot ever before Saint's set. In the past I wanted to make sure people liked my work and I was a GOOD photographer and didn't need to take pictures of naked girls to pay attention, also your typical nude shoot doesn't interest me at all, and somehow SG seemed like the only avenue in that realm I would ever be interested in shooting. Theres been some rough patches for me here as well, and this place can sometimes be quite the love/hate relationship, and I do wish some of my sets did a bit better, but overall.... I'm really glad I joined. I've met some really great people and been exposed to quite a lot of talent, and it's really been quite the avenue opener for many things!
I'm going to Portland on Saturday with a renewed vigor for shooting, and that's a great thing because i'm shooting 3-4 sets and a lot more for my "girls in hoodies" project and hopefully you'll see some killer stuff from it.
also special thanks to the following people on this site for their friendship and support, tech help and what not, and as I enter my 2nd year of SG-Dom who knows where that'll end up and who i'll meet and shoot!

Photography has literally changed my life since I started 5 years ago, and this site has been quite the boost it needed.
