So had to wait at my house all day today for my landlord to come check out our sink and bathroom. The problems we are having for the last month i could have easily fixed yet he insisted i wait for him to come up and do the work. He was supposed to be here this morning but didnt show up until 430 since then he has had to go to the store for parts twice and now his brother who is working on our garbage disposal cracked the pipe so nothing is going to get fixed today i wonder if its gonna take him another month to finish the job ;(


Did i mention i have a background in these type of repairs and it wouldnt of taken me half the time doing it by myself....
