Thanks for the concern Baal. I think it's human nature to just get too comfortable where we forget what we are taking for granted. It shouldn't be anything too serious being that I don't have any other symptoms besides the pain. They told me it's likely colitis or something like that. Still enough to scare me though.

This honestly sounds pretty interesting, even though I think that the zombie theme is a little overused. Don't get me wrong, I love zombies, but they're friggin' everywhere! But as far as I understood, the story is not centered on zombies but on Steven and the question whether he's been in an zombie apocalypse or been in coma for the past few years. Looks like you are quite well equipped for a "just-in-case-that"-scenario. It's always a good idea to be prepared. I don't have a pack like yours, but I collected some stuff over the past few years which is placed all over my appartment and can be collected in around 15 minutes. I added some water purification tabs (although I'm a little skeptic about those), a compact water filter and a small and light (easy to carry) tent. No katana (I have one, but it's not usable) but a machete and a tomahawk by Walther, can opener, a knife (Walther again), mess kit, fire steel....and so on, and so forth. :)
