Well ijust returned this evening from a week in pysciatric unit somehow i just flipped uotta know where it really sucks i was in lockdown for 2 days and that is some crazy shit .............the crazies in there woweeeeeeeeeee
then sent in open unit all this totaling 6 1/2 days blah blah boring but yeah relaxing kinda nervous being here it is this place of some of my problems exsist .

so i had a manic episode of bad major depression i knew it too i just did`nt think i would hurt my self and wish to be DEAD damn it saddens me i have a good life ..............so now im in gonna be in outpatient programs i guess it will be good for me .

i hope you`re all having a good life be happy its a good thing .............i know that will be my main priority anyhow take care of you`s im off to bed these meds are killing me makes my loopy dizzy sleepy then i can`t slaap through the night without a hard ass sleeping pill ............but oh well I FEEL BETTER (BUT ANXIOUS /NERVOUS /PARANOID.

IT APPEARS I HAVE A NEW DIAGNOSES NOT JUST BEING BIPOLR BUT SEEING AND HEERING THINGS OH SO SCARY .....IT COULD BE A MILD FORM OF SCHIZO AFFECTIVE AND I ALSO HAVE O.C.D. MEDS MEDS MEDS
