Last july or so mid end year i was sz12 and nowwwwwww im an 8 WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO YEAH !

I guess treadmill time is paying off it`s so nice when you look back at old pics and then realize what you have acompplished .....................shit no more excuses from me i will always put my time in for sure ............at this time in my life nothing could make me happier i gained so much weight a few years back from the EVIL PAXIL RAGE and now im saying good bye bye to that ........Anyone (girls)even guys knows how hard this is and what a horrible feeling it is to gain and try to loose its so hard getting off that pill really made a big deal as well as establish a more stabile enviroment for my self and stay happy, positive ..........when i look back at some of my old entries and groups discussions feelings etc.......i was so depressed and down hated my self or just was`nt happy with my self .............well i am now and life is great i love to wake up and start my day as early as possible .
