Last night I had a dream that I got shot twice in the back. The first shot felt like a spreading warmth, almost like a bee sting, but the second came quickly--as soon as I felt it hit me (and I could've swore I felt it..), I jerked awake. I could show you the exact two spots on my back that it happened, it was so real. However, I can't remember in what context it was that I had been shot....
..either way, I have dreams like that almost every night. Nightmares, I guess? Filled with violence and death and destruction that are sometimes so terrible I have to will myself awake.
I think there is a very strong possibility that I may have some serious mental issues....
Hm, either way.. I'm a firm believer that dreams have a deeper meaning. So what do you think the deeper meaning here is? (Other than, perhaps, storylines for my future career as a Stephen King-esque author.) Please discuss.
