I had a date a couple nights ago. The first date I've been on in ages it seems. Well, we were both too tired to do much so we ended up watching a couple movies at his apartment.
This dude was fucking HILARIOUS too. I don't even know how to describe it. When I got there he's like "We're gonna watch New Moon" and all I could do was laugh becasue I love when guys watch that shit, it's just cute to me.
So we were sitting (on seperate couches mind you) and watching the movie and I kept doing voiceovers and it was fun, we madlibbed almost the whole movie. Then after the movie ended we were chatting and joking around and this guy was just straight up hilarious, I don't even know how to describe it.
He was so out there, it was like putting me in a dude's body and erasing any bit of shyness I've ever had. At one point he's like "I need to lay down" and walks over to the bedroom and my dumbass is sitting there like "What the fuck just happened?" and then he yells "Are you coming??" so I follow and sit in the bed all awkward like because so far, there have been no in my face signs of this dude wantiing it. And I felt weird and blah blah so I lay down and we chat a bit more then it was late so I tucked him in and went home. Because I'm sweet like that I suppose.
So I was talking to Patrick about it yesterday and going over it and Pat just looked at me and yelled "YOU ARE AN IDIOT" and explained that if he wanted me to lay in bed with him, he was making a move. And I didnt' even realize it. So I was feeling stupid and then....
ring ring ring he called. And it was nice hearing from him. And I hope to hear from him again soon but I'm not gonna stres over it cuz hey if he doesn't want it, someone else will, right??
In other news, I'm having a hard time getting motivated for work at all. I've found myself completely hating it all the time and calling off more than usual and being late and I'm getting bothered by it because I'm a really hard worker usually. I'm thinking of taking some vacation time just to get my shit back in order.
