After 14 hours of labor, the doctors finally decided Hunter was too big to deliver vaginally so my best friend got a C-Section. I was with her from 730 am to 400pm but I had to go to work, and Hunter was officially born at 8:18 pm. He's a big boy already, 9 lbs 3 ounces and 22 inches long!
It's weird how people say he's big though, but in my arms he is the tiniest most precious thing in the world. His tiny hands and feet make me laugh, he's got a hellluva grip!! I couldn't get my finger back from him.
In all honesty, it's insane how much I can love this tiny little child that isn't even my blood relative. But my friend kept commenting on how well he took to me and even when he was in the womb he responded to my voice very well.
It's like all of a sudden, nothing matters but this tiny little child. And I couldn't be happier.
