yeh exactly what u said hehe! I went to the pharmacy instead yesterday to ask the dude.. i think he helped me coz my boobs looked huge yday haha. but he gave me sum stuff to try for a week and if it doesnt work he said i shood go back to him until we sort it out!
my boyfriend thinks im a hypochondriac (dunno how to spell it) but im soo not! it does actually hurt! haha.

yeh, ive been trying to cut down on foods but i avnt had beef in a while. im not a vegetarian or ne thing just my mum and joe's mum hasnt cooked ne thing with beef in it. I think it cood b wheat coz omg last nite it hurt sooooo much after i had this japanese noodle thing my mum tried to make and i think that has wheat and at lunch i had soup and a piece of bread... or it cood've been coz i had lots of fibre haha like oatmeal and lentil soup lol who no's if it hurts still by weds i'll go to the doctors to get it tested i think!
