okay, i know i said i was going to update more,and this is finals week. i just don't have the time. this past weekend was one of the worst ever. i lost my best friend and now i have one left. and she is the absolutely best one ever, and she knows who she is. so i need more good friends.
Mental note to all::: DO NOT EVER OWN AND MANAGE RENTAL PROPERTY YOURSELF. if you own the property, pay one of those management firms to rent it out and manage it.
