I saw this topic and had to think about it for a while... Generally I don't think of Fall (Autumn) as my favorite season. But...
1. Changing weather, colors, etc. Colorado (my home) is known the world over for the colors we get this time if year, and they're already reaching their peak here in the Rockies. The weather's a bit cooler, which is nice for work, and I get tons of work this time of year as everyone scrambles to get things done before the snow flies.
2. As some of you know I'm a pretty avid hockey fan, and the season starts in just over two weeks!! OK, when I say avid I really mean FANATIC! Anyone else watching the World Cup tournament? There are a number of players I like on Team Canada, but I like to root for the underdog so I was hoping Europe would pull it off (North America was really my team).
3. I'm going to be moving into a new place, at least for a bit. I've been... between places, shall we say, for the last three months. It's going to be nice to have my own space for a bit, and even better to have space to let my cat run wild! Don't have any pics for that, but I'll update once I'm in.
