as i recall, there is a wonderfully fucked up wedding in the "True Blood" /Sookie Stackhouse stories... hopefully it won't be as weird as my first wedding when a man i barely knew brought his new girlfriend with him (they weren't even invited) and she started singing!!! old fucking English love songs! lots of them! it seemed to go on for a long while.  we got a little of our own back by "accidentally" forgetting to tell them that the porch railing had been recently painted and was still wet. oddly he never visited me again, and oddly, that was fine by me.
