My new roommate finally paid me for bills from last month! She still needs to pay me her deposit. I gave her some leeway and said she could wait until the 31st of July to have it paid in full. She hasn't done that.
I wrote her a letter (to make it all official like) stating basicly she needs to have it paid by the 19th, this friday, or I will slap on another late fee. I don't want to play the hard ass but she is fooling around with the wrong person when it comes to getting my bills and such paid.
And now since we aren't going to be going on strike, if I don't have that money by friday I am giving her her 30day notice.
soo... if anyone is looking for a place to stay... I have a great room available...
