got the place refinanced. so now I'm locked in for 30 yrs. WOW
roommate is almost done moving in.
Julie's spring break is the week before "Viva Las Vegas"
but I think we will survive.
I'm going to be refinishing the floors in the main floor bedrooms, so I won't be renting it out fora couple more weeks. Maybe the middle of oct.
