My recomendation to you...

always, always buy the protection plan from best buy!!!

I looked through my reciepts to see if I had a warranty on my printer, and I found out it had a 3 year protection plan. Stopped in best buy this morning to exchange it, but they said they don't make my printer anymore (it's 2 years old) At the time I paid $200 for it. The one I got was still $200, but, it also is a scanner, printer, copier, and fax!! And the print quality is the same as my old one.

what a deal!!!
