Artos and his girl got here at 4am this morning. I'm up way too early, gonna go do the grocery chore in a few while they sleep after the 600 mile drive. After they wake up, we'll either have lunch, then head to Minneapolis to check in at the Marquette and have dinner for going to see...



at the Pantages Theatre tonight. And I'm supposed to say hi to Henry after the show, he sent me a get well email when I was in a coma last year and offered to put me on the guest list for this show when I replied that I had survived and was recovering. Nice guy. And this show should be awesome, it's the first stateside show after coming back from South Africa. Pictures will follow.

Wish Almalthia could be coming with us, but she's still working in Nevada. Blah. And what's worse, the douche in charge of their project is running too many projects simultaneously and can't handle them all, and worse yet hasn't paid any of the fucking biologists yet. Checks were supposed to have been sent on the 1st of the month, and no one has gotten paid yet... Pittance that it is, if this guy welches, I might have to fly to Cali and kick some professor ass. It's the principle of the thing. y'know? If you're going to ask a working adult to accept a less than minimum wage monthly salary to work 40+ hrs per week in an understaffed project that you're too busy to supervise effectively, the least you could do is give them their pittance on time, damn it.
